Refund Policy

Summary: Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except in cases of technical failure on our end. If you experience issues, contact us within 7 days at the.vulse.ai@gmail.com and we will make it right.

1. Credit Purchases

All credit purchases on VULSE.AI are final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed. Credits are a digital service delivered instantly upon purchase.

2. Free Credits

New accounts receive 3 free credits upon registration. These credits do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Exceptions — When We Will Refund

We will issue a full refund or credit restoration if:
Technical failureA confirmed bug in our system caused credits to be deducted without delivering a result.
Duplicate chargeYou were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a payment error.
Unauthorized chargeA charge occurred that you did not authorize.

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact the.vulse.ai@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction, including your email and order details.

4. No Refund Cases

DissatisfactionRefunds are not issued if you are unsatisfied with the AI-generated output quality, as results vary by product image quality.
Unused creditsCredits that were purchased but not used are not eligible for a refund.
Account violationsAccounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

5. How to Request

Email the.vulse.ai@gmail.com with:
Subject"Refund Request — [your email]"
IncludeDate of purchase, amount, and description of the issue.

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. Payment Processor

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's own refund and dispute policies may also apply. For payment disputes, you may also contact your bank or card issuer.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of VULSE.AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
