By accessing or using VULSE.AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VULSE.AI is an AI-powered e-commerce listing generator. You upload product images and receive AI-generated titles, bullet points, and descriptions optimized for various marketplaces. The Service is provided on a credit-based system.

3. User Responsibilities & Content

• Your contentYou are solely responsible for all images and content you upload to VULSE.AI.

• OwnershipBy uploading content, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use the images. You must not upload images owned by third parties without authorization.

• Prohibited useYou may not use the Service to create listings for counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products, or to infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.

• AI outputYou are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing it to any marketplace. VULSE.AI does not guarantee accuracy or compliance with marketplace policies.

VULSE.AI is not responsible for any copyright infringement, marketplace violations, or legal issues arising from content you upload or listings you publish.

4. Intellectual Property

• Our IPVULSE.AI, its design, code, and branding are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

• Your IPYou retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant VULSE.AI a temporary license to process your images solely for the purpose of generating listings.

• Generated contentAI-generated listings produced by the Service are yours to use. We claim no ownership over output generated from your inputs.

5. Credits & Payment

• CreditsCredits are required to use the analysis feature. New accounts receive 3 free credits upon registration.

• PurchasesAdditional credits can be purchased. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

• No transferCredits are non-transferable and have no cash value. They are tied to your account.

• ExpiryCredits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR MARKETPLACE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VULSE.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited and are not refundable except at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where VULSE.AI is registered.
